Darkinside.in sells digital products only (ebooks, PDFs, digital downloads). Digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned like physical goods, therefore our refund and return terms are different from physical products.vi

1. No Refund on Digital Products

Once the ebook or digital file is delivered, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Digital downloads cannot be “returned” or “revoked,” so all sales are considered final.

2. Delivery & Access Issues

If you face any issue such as:

  • File not downloading

  • Broken or expired link

  • Access not delivered

  • Corrupted file

Email us and our team will assist until resolved.
If we are unable to deliver access, a refund may be considered.

3. No Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once digital content is delivered or access is granted.

4. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions

In cases of:

  • Double payment

  • Payment failure with no product delivery

  • Wrong amount deduction

Refunds will be issued after verification. Processing time: 7–10 working days.

5. Anti-Piracy & Unauthorized Sharing

Purchased digital content is for personal use only.
Re-uploading, sharing, reselling, or distributing ebooks in any form is strictly prohibited.
If unauthorized sharing is detected, access may be blocked without refund.

In digital files ko bina permission copy, forward, upload, resell, ya public platforms par distribute karna illegal hai, aur copyright law ke hisaab se legal action tak ja sakta hai.
Aise cases me access terminate kiya ja sakta hai.

Please WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Google Drive, ya kisi public folder me leak na kare.
Piracy dikhne me “help” lagti hai, par asli me creators ko chup-chaap damage karti hai.
